One inbox, read by the people who build it
Two ways in, depending on what you want. Both of them end at a person.
Rollouts, onboarding, billing
Fitting this to a crew, moving existing equipment records across, a question about an invoice, or anything about how TunePro handles your data.
Replies come from a person. No ticket number, no bot in front of it.
Tools, features, bugs
The app’s feedback form
Asking for an instrument to be supported, suggesting a feature, or reporting something broken goes through the app itself: Settings → Feedback, then pick the type. A tool request has its own fields for the brand and model.
Requests sent this way are the ones that decide what gets built next. It queues if you are out of signal, so you can write it on the roof and let it go when you are back in range.
What to put in the first email
None of this is required. It is just what turns one reply into an answer instead of a list of questions back.
- How many technicians would be using it, and how many are in the field on a given day.
- What you use today for equipment records, and whether anything has to be moved across.
- The instrument brands and models on your trucks, exactly — model and firmware, not just the brand.
- Whether reports go to homeowners, property managers, or both.
